Michele A. Jones, QPA, QKA President

Michele is a Qualified Pension Administrator, Qualified 401(k) Administrator, and President of Century Benefits Consulting, Inc.

BACKGROUND
Michele entered the retirement field in 1988, and has extensive experience in the design and administration of employee-benefit plans, with a focus on 401(k) plans. Her experience with other plan types includes profit sharing, money purchase, cafeteria, ESOP, target benefit and defined benefit plans. She has worked as a Senior Administrator, and a Vice President of Customer Service, she has a unique understanding of business aspects from both the owner and administrator perspective.

Michele developed and helped create the 401(k) Plan product and Cafeteria Plan product for an internet delivered payroll service.

Michele specializes in setting client expectations, and helping to communicate the needs of the client to staff members.
